As the Founder of Empowered MoMENts, the men’s ministry under Purpose To Power Ministries, he is committed to guiding men and young men toward healing, purpose, and godly leadership.
With decades of wisdom and unwavering faith, Milton uses a direct yet compassionate approach to speak into the lives of men from all walks of life. Whether mentoring one-on-one, preaching the Word, or leading community initiatives, he brings clarity, strength, and truth to every space he enters.

JacQuese Alecia Jackson-Smith is the visionary and founding Executive Director of Purpose To Power Ministries, a faith-based nonprofit dedicated to transforming lives through discipleship, leadership development, and family-centered empowerment. A licensed and ordained minister, JacQuese is a powerful voice of hope, healing, and purpose, drawing from her own testimony of resilience and unwavering faith.
After surviving a life-altering ischemic stroke in 2019, just three weeks after answering the call to ministry, JacQuese has become a living testament to the sustaining power of God. Despite physical challenges, she continues to serve with strength and purpose, impacting people of all ages with her authentic teaching, bold preaching, and passionate commitment to wholeness and restoration.
Her journey of overcoming loss, family rejection, and personal trials has uniquely equipped her to minister to the brokenhearted and those who are overlooked. She leads with a heart for the underserved, creating spaces for healing and belonging through Purpose To Power’s three core ministries: Beauty For Ashes (for women), CoveredGirls (for young women and girls), and Empowered MoMENts (for men and young men).
JacQuese is also the host of The For Real Podcast, where she shares raw, real conversations that point listeners back to faith, identity, and purpose. A devoted wife, mother, and mentor, she walks out her calling alongside her husband and daughter, with whom she shares a multigenerational mission to spread the Gospel beyond church walls.

Amilyah D. Smith is a bold, creative, and purpose-driven leader whose life reflects a deep commitment to faith, youth empowerment, and authentic ministry. A licensed and ordained minister, she serves as the Creative Director of Purpose to Power Ministries and is the founder of Covered Girl Ministries. She is passionate about raising up the next generation of young women to live healed, whole, and empowered in Christ.
With a powerful voice in both ministry and media, Amilyah leads CoveredGirl Ministries, a movement for girls and young women ages 12–30 that focuses on spiritual growth, inner healing, and identity in Christ. Through Bible studies, empowerment events, and real conversations, she cultivates spaces where young women can thrive in their purpose with confidence and grace.
As a licensed and ordained minister, author, photographer, and digital creator, Amilyah uses her gifts to bridge faith and culture—whether behind a camera lens, on a podcast mic, or ministering on stage. She co-hosts The 4 Real Show Podcast, a dynamic media platform built on real talk, real life, and genuine faith.
